I found this gem on a vintage clothing website today. It's by Nolan Miller. I has the mermaid cut and it's got lace and some texture along the bottom and the top of the bodice. But I am wondering how well the fabric has held up and if, even a lot of steaming, and some alterations it could look "fresh".
